These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PurePhrase's website and services. By accessing or using PurePhrase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This is a draft for internal use—have qualified counsel review and adapt before production launch.
The service
PurePhrase provides AI-assisted writing tools (such as humanization and related features) subject to plan limits described on the site. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Accounts
You are responsible for account security and for activity under your credentials. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age required in your jurisdiction to enter a binding agreement.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed according to the terms shown at checkout. Renewals, taxes, and refunds follow the policies of our payment processor and what we display at purchase. You can manage payment methods and cancellation through the customer portal linked from your account where available.
Acceptable use
You agree to use PurePhrase only in compliance with law and our Responsible use guidelines. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual property
PurePhrase retains rights in the service, brand, and software. You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the license we need to operate the service (process, store, and improve reliability as described in our Privacy policy).
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for how you use them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurePhrase and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty dollars (USD), except where prohibited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes may require additional notice where required by law.
